| Description: | L-3 Communications, Applied Signal & Image Technology (L-3 ASIT) is seeking a Sr. Program Manager. The Sr. Program Manager will provide overall program management support for all L-3 Communications, Applied Signal & Image Technology (L-3 ASIT) Internal Research & Development (IR&D), product demonstration, and projects related to Direction Finding (DF) sensor & heads. The program manager will be part of a program office that manages a portfolio of programs across the company and will typically manage multiple programs simultaneously. The Product Development & Demo Support Program Manager will ensure that assigned projects progress toward meeting cost, schedule and performance goals. |
| Duties: | •Ability to understand Hardware/Software design and functionality.
•Responsible for IRAD products & demos.
•Responsible for the coordination, monitoring, scheduling, pricing and technical performance of assigned programs.
•Negotiates contracts and contractual changes.
•Coordinates preparation of proposals, plans, specifications and financial conditions of contracts.
•Develops new business and expands product lines.
•Responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
•Performs administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules and making decisions related to the project.

| Qualifications: | •BS or technical degree along with 8 years of experience OR a minimum of 15 years of direct applicable experience.
•Minimum clearance required is Secret. Top Secret preferred.
